PLEX is a non-woven fabric made by the spunbond process from a mixture of synthetic fibers and molten thermoplastic material. The canvas is intended for the manufacture of molded, noise-insulating unshaped and self-adhesive products for completing a car.
To give the web adhesive properties, a mounting layer protected by an anti-adhesive material can be applied to the surface of the web.
Depending on the presence of the mounting layer, the canvas can be produced in three types:
K0 - without mounting layer;
K1 - the mounting layer is applied to one of the working surfaces of the canvas;
K2 - the mounting layer is applied to both working surfaces of the canvas.
Linen products are installed on cars and used in the production of clothing (thermal insulation).
